I, Robert A. Neinast, being first duly cautioned and sworn, hereby state as follows:

1. The statements contained in this affidavit are based on my personal knowledge.

2. On May 3, 2004, I wrote a letter to Patrick Losinski, Executive Directory of the Columbus Metropolitan Library. A true and accurate copy of that letter is hereto attached as Exhibit A.
