ENTRY

This matter came on before the Court upon the Petition for Post-Conviction Relief filed by Robert Neinast, Father of Ian Neinast, on October 24, 2008. Upon review of the file and upon reconsideration of the same, the Court hereby GRANTS the objection to the Magistrate's ruling and amends the Entry of September 19, 2008 to vacate the order to attend Traffic School and submit a 500-word essay. Further, the Court orders the refund of $105 which was paid for Traffic School.
