The Fairfield County District Library Board of Trustees met for its regular meeting on Tuesday, April 20, 2010 at the Main Library, 219 N. Broad Street, Lancaster.

TRUSTEES PRESENT WERE: James Herd, Ronald Keaton, Mary Mesi, Margaret Quamme, Margaret Tremblay and Peter Vandervoort.

TRUSTEES EXCUSED WERE: Orman Hall

Also attending were Marilyn Steiner, Library Director and Leslie Yost, Administrative Assistant.

The meeting was called to order at 12:04 p.m. by Mary Mesi, President.

OLD BUSINESS

• Buildings & Equipment Update
  
  Work has begun on the annex building – repairing the stucco. The Amanda Branch inside project is not slated until August. The Library is waiting on the Foundation regarding the Amanda garage situation.
