LETTER TO THE COURT NOTING PLAINTIFF-APPELLANT'S REQUEST FOR ORAL ARGUMENT

Pro se Plaintiff-Appellant Robert A. Neinast notes that, pursuant to Sixth Circuit Rule 34(a), a request for oral argument was included in the Brief of Appellant. This request was not reflected with a docket entry. However, the request of Defendants-Appellees Columbus Metropolitan Library, Larry D. Black, and Vonzell Johnson for waiver of oral argument in the Brief of Appellees was reflected with a docket entry. The purpose of this letter is to generate a docket entry noting Plaintiff-Appellant's request and to draw the Court's attention to that request.

Plaintiff-Appellant Robert A. Neinast would also like to the draw the Court's attention to the fact that oral argument was conducted in the lower court (see transcript in the Joint Appendix, page 99, Tab T) if that will assist the Court in evaluating the desirability of oral argument.

  Respectfully submitted,
