These tables present summaries of the 99 security incident reports that made up Exhibit 1 of the Defendants’ Answer to Plaintiff’s Second Set of Interrogatories, and Appendix Tab A of Defendants' Reply in Support of Motion for Summary Judgment and Memorandum Contra Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment.
In the Table 1, each incident was classified according to one of the nine listed areas:

In the Table 2, each incident was classified as to whether it was an injury incident or a discovery (security discovered a situation requiring attention) incident.

The Table 3 presents a short description of each incident. The incident reports contained entry locations for both the time of occurence, and the time that the incident was reported. When the time of occurrence was available, it was entered into the table; if not, the report time was entered, and enclosed in parentheses. The class encodes how each incident was reported in Tables 1 and 2.
The reports in Exhibit 1 were, in the main, arranged in reverse dated order. For the table, some have been rearranged to get a strict reverse dated order.
