At approximately 5:40 p.m. on June 29, the Tech LTA
told the four boys they would need to leave the Franklinton
Library for the rest of the day, due to their repeated
disregard to her warnings to stop being disruptive
and to stop using the Internet terminals inappropriately.
On their way out, the boys stopped to sign up for
Teen Read 2000. I signed them up and they continued
to joke amongst themselves. Less than five minutes after
they departed, a girl reported that there was urine in
the elevator. When I went to check, I also saw that one
of them had left his bentcil, a sign-up prize for
Teen Read 2000. Due to the timing and the boys' behavior
while in the Library, I believe that one or more of them is
responsible for the elevator vandalism.
