ENTRY

This matter came on before the Court upon the Motion to Waive Payment of Additional Costs filed by the juvenile and his father on November 10, 2008. Upon reviewing the same, the Court finds the arguments to be well-taken, and waives payment for those seven subpoenas.

The clerk is ordered to remove the charges of $89.29 from Ian Neinast’s statement of account.
