Enclosed you will find the requested copies of the minutes of the regular Library Board of Trustees meeting held on May 20, 2008 along with the Library's current Code of Conduct. The Board of Trustees upheld its current Code of Conduct based on what they Board feels is the proper decorum for our organization.
During every Board meeting, ten minutes is set aside for public participation. If you would be interested in giving a presentation to the Board, you are welcome to attend any Board meeting held on the Third Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the third floor Boardroom of the Main Library. During public particpation, each individual wishing to address the Board would share the 10 minute time limit, and if there are no other participants, you may have the whole ten minutes.
