Code of Conduct as Pertains to Dress Code

The Board of Trustees discussed the recommendation of Mr. Neinast to remove the part of the Code of Conduct policy requiring customers to wear shoes. Board members expressed their concerns over this recommendation. The Board concluded that they would like to look into the situation further and has asked Ms. Steiner to contact Roy Hart, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney to discuss this matter before a response is made to Mr. Neinast. The Board also asked Ms. Steiner to send Mr. Neinast a letter thanking him for his presentation and telling him that his recommendation is being taken under advisement and that they will inform him of their decision.
