This matter came before the court upon Plaintiff's Motion to Compel Discovery, Defendant’s Memorandum Contra to Plaintiff's Motion to Compel Discovery, Defendant’s Objections to Plaintiff's Interrogatories, Defendant’s Motion to Amend its Answer to Plaintiff's First Set of Interrogatories and Plaintiff's Response to that Motion.

Upon consideration, and review of the parties’ respective Motions and Memorandum Contra /Response, Defendant’s Motion to Amend its Answer to Plaintiffs First Set of Interrogatories is hereby GRANTED. Defendant is ORDERED to submit its Amended Answers to Plaintiff within ten [1OJ days of the filing of this Entry. Plaintiffs Motion to Compel is DENIED. This matter shall proceed accordingly.
